I guess this could be seen as cheating xD but I don't have time to make a drawing tomorrow so i will upload it now. Made with ink and watercolors.

This is a horrifying creature which is half stag half bird. It casts the shadow of a man until it bathe in the blood of its human victim, only then will it cast its own shadow. They are said to have come from Atlantis but since the city sunk and thereby took the creatures natural breeding grounds with it they have been a rare sight.
